Alright not that I was updating this blog like at all, but I just thought I’d let you guys know what’s up.

Remember that awesome shirt that I finally made? Well, it got washed wrong and now it looks like shit.

Remember those awesome shades I had? Well, I accidentally sat my fat ass on them and they broke.

So basically the whole costume is rather nonfunctional right now and I don’t have any money to fix anything. However, I should be starting work soon (assuming they get my stupid background check), and it’s definitely on the list. I’m going to fix the shades and just get a new shirt so yeah.

Basically no Dina Strider until then.

I have to say, spriting fem!Dirk, or Demi, as a baby, teen and adult, might be my best work. Many people seem to like her too. :B

I’m chilling around here not doing a hell of a lot, when I figure,

Basically what I’m saying is, go ask me stuff and I’ll answer tonight.

None of these pictures are as good as I wanted them to be.

Costume was dumb. Lighting was dumb. Room was dumb. Camera was dumb.

But w/e, have a bunch of shitty pictures.

GUYS I FINISHED HIM!!!! Finally, ugh.

He looks pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Which I do.

He’s made of fleece and felt, with polyester stuffing. There’s a piece of thin cardboard in his hat brim that helps it hold shape and there’s a penny in his medallion for weight.

I cut the nightgown a bit longer than the pattern and left slits open on the sides. It probably should’ve been more pink, but I didn’t have a color reference when I bought the fabric, and this was the only purple they had.

I’m planning on putting the symbol on my fem!Dirk shirt tomorrow and fixing my shades so I can take some OFFICIAL pictures of the whole costume with Cal.

Phew. I can’t believe this guy took less than a week to make.
